Highest Accuracy

Combining 3D stereoscopic image processing and AI video analytics together with advanced tracking algorithms, achieve up to 99.5% accuracy.

One Device, 9 Business Metrics

All the data you will ever need to understand customer behaviour. Let’s discover all metric features here

Visitor Count

The 3D Pro2 people counter can detect and measure the number of people visiting your store. Utilising 3D stereovision video counting and advanced tracking algorithms, it can perform bidirectional counting, which counts in and out simultaneously, achieving a counting accuracy of 95% and above.

Outside Traffic

FootfallCam can measure the number of people passing by your store by detecting smart devices via BLE and WiFi Counting. Gain insights into valuable metrics such as the number of potential sales opportunities missed during non-operating hours and the conversion rate of passer-by to in-store visitors.

Visit Duration

The visit duration, or visitor dwell time, is measured based on the signals emitted from smart devices. This enables retailers to approximate when visitors entered and exited the store, providing insights into the average length of customer stays. Analysing dwell time and sales transactions allows management to identify areas for enhancing store operations.

Turn-in Rate

By combining outside traffic data with visitor counts, retailers can determine the percentage of passersby who ultimately visit the store, known as the turn-in rate or storefront conversion rate. This metric is also a crucial element of the customer journey.

Returning Customer

Returning Customers denotes individuals who revisit within a specified timeframe. For instance, it provides insight into the breakdown of customers who have made multiple visits within the past three months. This data serves as a potential indicator of customer loyalty, revealing patterns in visit frequency and shopping behaviours among returning clientele.

Wi-Fi and
BLE Counting

With the Wi-Fi capturing technology, the people counter is able to detect the number of smart devices within the range of Wi-Fi detection.

Wider Coverage

By utilising dual wide-angle 160-degree fisheye lenses, a single device can cover around 497 square feet at a ceiling height of 4.5 meters. This significantly reduces the required number of counters for entrances.

Aluminium Casing
for Heat Dissipation

FootfallCam employs an aluminum enclosure that functions as a ‘giant heatsink,’ enabling superior heat dissipation. This will ensures product reliability with a 25-year Mean Time to Failure (MTTF).

Splash-Proof Enclosure
Prevents Water Damage

FootfallCam 3D Pro2 is specially designed with a splash-proof casing to reduce device failure rates, ensuring enhanced hardware reliability.

One Device,
Multiple Applications

Supports multiple counting functions in a single device, in which users can use interchangeably or relocate to use for other functions.

  • People Counting at Entrances
  • Measure the queue length, waiting time and serving time
  • Track the visitor engagement at different zones of interest
  • Exclude Staff from the Counting
  • Monitor the customer journey
  • Measure the Group Size
  • Exclude Child from the Counting
  • Monitor customers’ shopping journey and engagement with products.

FootfallCam provides 4 types of power cable to the international customer:

  • A. Type G
  • B. Type B
  • C. Type F
  • D. Type I

Users that are looking for other type of power cable will need to source from their local country, or they may choose from one of the power cable above that is compatible in their country.

An individual will not be counted twice even if the counter coverage overlaps an area, this is due to FootfallCam verification specialist having the expertise to exclude overlapping area from each counter.

Yes, FootfallCam People Counter can exclude kids counting which are below 1.3m in height (Default Value).
For your information, you may raise a support ticket for adjust the threshold height is adjustable upon request.

Yes, the counter can be easily relocated. You will need a Cat5e cable to connect the counter to the IT router. However, the accuracy of the counter would need to fine-tune again after relocated to ensure it could achieve 95% accuracy as different settings would need to apply for different environments.
